The youth ministry provides fellowship, games, bible study, and worship. The ministry meets once a week and periodically goes on outings. The youth collaborate with other youth programs in the Bay Area. The youth are encouraged to invite friends to join in the weekly meetings.

Every first Friday the youth fellowships with several churches from the North Bay at Calvary Chapel Petaluma.

How wonderful it is for us to come together to worship the Lord, and grow in the knowledge of His word. But even as much of a blessing as it is to be at church, we must not forget that we are the church! Peter writes, "you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ." Paul tells us that we, as a body of believers, have been given individual gifts that we are to function in when we come together. The First Friday Worship service is a unique experience, as it has a more intimate format, where, "the body", can truly function as the body, all to the building up of one another, that His kingdom would come, and that His will would be done, through us, His church.

The Cell Group ministry meets every Wednesday. A "cell" consists of several members of the body of believers. The Cell Group acts a fellowship module of the church. Members of each cell are encouraged to invite friends and non-members. Cell group meetings consist of a game and then a small bible study.

On the last Wednesday of each month, we hold corporate cell group gathering for prayer and fellowship at People’s Inter-Cities Fellowship in Marin City.

Quarterly, our corporate gathering is dedicated to Financial Freedom. Village Baptist Church believes it is not God’s will for our members to be in financial bondage and we work to free our brothers & sisters from financial bondage by assisting with their needs. Covenant members are encouraged to bring an offering which is then used to meet the financial needs of other members, just as the disciples did in the New Testament church in Acts.
