The Village Baptist Church Women's Ministry is a convenant fellowship that seeks to minister to the mind, body, and soul of women sharing prayers, wisdom and the blessings of God. The Women's Fellowship provides a safe space for women to experience life together sharing in the love of God while nurturing, encourageing and supporting one another. We also seek to help women develop and use their spiritual gifts as well as promote the spiritual growth of each woman.

Goals and Objectives

1. Win women to Christ and develop them into active disciples: equipping them to server as ministers in the church, community, and around the world, leading them to worship God in Spirit and in truth.
2. Teach, nurture and support women as they become active followers of Christ understanding the purpose God has for their life and their role in it.
3. Help women develop and use their spiritual gifts in the body of Christ as they serve one another in love, so the world will know they are His disciples.
4. Lead women into an intimate relationship with Christ creating and stirring a passion for God.
5. Establish true biblical fellowship among women which consists of: authenticity, mutuality, empathy, mercy, honesty, humility, courtesy, confidentiality, and frequency.
